“The invasion operation, which began on April 14th with intensive airstrikes and on April 17th with helicopter landings across Zap, met the strongest resistance in history. The Turkish army was not only one of the few armies of NATO, but was also actively supported financially and militarily by NATO, it was equipped with all possible warfare technologies, its genocidal plans were approved by the hegemonic powers, banned bombs and chemical weapons fell into its hands offered, allowed to use them despite clear war crimes, and supported by the collaborating, treacherous, rootless sections of the Kurds. Despite all this, this full-scale enemy occupation operation was helpless and could not advance in the face of the noble attitude of the apoist fighters who did not accept the occupation and submission. Her eagerness to complete the crew in the shortest amount of time and carry out her plans failed her.
The genocidal, colonialist Turkish army has taken these attacks to a new level and has taken the risk of committing all kinds of war crimes in order to absolutely enforce their occupation plan and has systematically used chemical weapons and banned bombs against ours in 2021 and especially in 2022 forces used. The war tunnels of Şehîd Xursî in the Zap region, located in the neighborhood of the village of Saca in the Şêladizê subdistrict of the Amediye district of Bashur Kurdistan, have been the target of the occupying Turkish army since August. The Şehîd Xursî tunnels were bombed with warplanes, howitzers, mortars and prohibited explosives, and every possible attempt was made to destroy them from the ground. Our hevals there carried out effective actions against the enemy with their active war effort, did not allow the enemy to approach the war tunnels for a month, dealt heavy blows and seized many enemy materials. Turkish army used all kinds of chemical weapons and forbidden bombs against this war tunnel, which they could only approach after a month of intense confrontation, but for three months an epic resistance was put up in the Şehîd Xursî War Tunnels and our comrades here dealt the enemy blow after blow with continuous actions. Realizing that despite using chemical weapons and banned bombs for three months, the Turkish army could not achieve any success against the apoist Fedaî guerrillas, they increased the use of chemical weapons even more.
CHEMICAL ATTACK DOCUMENTED. EXAMINATION POSSIBLE
As a result of the intensive and systematic use of chemical weapons and prohibited explosives, on November 5, 11 of our Hevals perished in the War Tunnels of Şehîd Xursî. Turkey’s War Ministry, commanded by Hulusi Akar, has lied to the public, saying that these Hevals’ martyrdom was the result of contact and clash, and trying to cover up the war crimes they committed through the use of chemical weapons. Although the war criminal, chemist Hulusi Akar, very hypocritically stated that they did not use chemical weapons, it shows that the Turkish army used chemical weapons very intensively in this incident before fleeing Saca and causing the martyrdom of 11 of our Hevals . Our comrade Jînda was born into a welatparêz family in Elbak, which is known for its welatparêzî and devotion to our freedom struggle and is one of the exemplary areas of Kurdistan because of these qualities. The fact that the environment they live in is consistent with the core culture of our society and that they insist on preserving that life has also had an impact on our comrade Jînda. They have managed to preserve their essence against all the enemy’s assimilation policies and in this sense they have undone the enemy’s policy. Moreover, the enemy’s attacks, oppression and massacres against our society caused our comrade Jînda great anger against the enemy. Our comrade Jînda was aware that the genocidal Turkish state can only be held accountable for its actions if it joins the ranks of the guerrillas. Our comrade Jînda joined the guerrilla ranks in 2013 and took her place in the struggle.
Our comrade Jînda received training for new fighters in the Avaşîn field after joining the guerrilla ranks, participated in education and life with enthusiasm and morality. Because of this, she adapted to mountain and guerrilla life in a short time and through her participation became a role model and trailblazer for her hevals. Comrade Jînda, who developed militarily and ideologically during this training process, was among the first guerrilla groups to come to the aid of our Ezidi society after the IS gangs attacked Shengal. She has managed to be a shield against gang attacks for our society and our women for a long time. During the war in Shengal, she became aware of the enemy’s reality and the reflections of the patriarchal mentality, who nourished this reality and gained a lot of military experience. Comrade Jînda, who returned to the free mountains of Kurdistan after completing her service in Shengal, laid an important basis for major breakthroughs by attaining the level of consciousness she had received through the ideological trainings she received on the lineage of the Chairman’s philosophy had, covered. With the strength and morale gained from the training, he moved into the Zap space in 2017 for more effective participation. Comrade Helmet was born and raised in Silêmanî into a family belonging to the respected and welatparêz tribe of Caf in Kurdistan. Comrade Helmet, who comes from the same tribe and is related to comrade Şehîd Viyan Soran, our esteemed commander and one of the pioneers of the reconstruction of our PKK party, took an early interest in our PKK party. He has always tried to get to know and understand the PKK better. He has intensified his efforts in this direction since his youth, and when he saw our Party’s struggle for freedom, he wanted to join the ranks of that struggle. In particular, he researched the reasons for our comrade Viyan Soran’s involvement in the PKK and wanted to know what prompted him to his self-sacrificing action. He found the answers to all these questions in the letters that comrade Viyan had written before her action. Due to the deep influence he experienced, he first got involved in youth work and enabled young people from Bashur Kurdistan to get to know our PKK party and join the ranks of the struggle. Comrade Helmet, correctly assessing the historical process that our society was going through, believed that our society, which was in the grip of genocide, could only be liberated through an extraordinary struggle. As a Kurdish youth, he believed that he needed to fight more to break both the threat of genocide against our society and the isolation of our leader.
When he joined the guerrillas, he felt the happiness and heavy responsibility of fulfilling the will of comrade Şehîd Viyan Soran that someone from his tribe should take up arms. He has borne this happiness and this responsibility throughout his guerrilla life and based his participation on this. First he took part in the activities in the Qandil area, where he had the opportunity to get to know the details of guerrilla and mountain life. However, our comrade Helmet, who was never satisfied with what was available to him, realized that he had to learn more and on this basis he had to step up his fight. He wanted to improve militarily in order to be able to react to the intense war process. To this end, he attended training courses at the Operations School and mastered the tactics of guerrilla warfare. The martyrdom we suffered and the severe isolation of our chairman have caused Comrade Helmet to think deeply. He concluded that the only way to achieve the dreams of his fallen Hevals and become a true Heval of our Chairman was through sacrificial involvement. To this end, he shared his self-sacrificing action alliances with our organization on several occasions. Convinced that in order to achieve this goal, he needs to educate himself in many ways, our comrade Helmet took part in the activities of Hêzên Taybet. what we have suffered and the severe isolation of our Chairman have made Comrade Helmet think deeply. He concluded that the only way to achieve the dreams of his fallen Hevals and become a true Heval of our Chairman was through sacrificial involvement. To this end, he shared his self-sacrificing action alliances with our organization on several occasions. Through the training he received as part of the Hêzên Taybet work, he understood Fedaî as a philosophy of life. Our comrade Helmet, whose participation in life, work and war was within this framework, accepted no option but absolute success in whatever work he participated in. He acted with a high sense of duty and responsibility, and with great enthusiasm and morality he participated in revolutionary work in any field that our organization deemed appropriate. He was constantly focused on developing and expanding our freedom struggle against the occupiers, and he shared this focus with our organization and endeavored to make it known to all his comrades-in-arms. Our comrade Helmet, fighting with such responsibility, managed to to pacify all his hevals with this property. Our comrade Helmet, who spent every moment in the intensity of a major blow against the enemy, took part in the mobile teams to respond to enemy attacks on the Zap and Avaşîn areas and transferred to the Zap area. Our comrade Dilşêr was born in Reqqa as a member of a family belonging to our Arab population. After years of persecution by ISIS, our comrade Dilşêr began to learn about the apoist philosophy after the liberation of the area where he lived by the Rojava Freedom Forces. He was particularly influenced by our Chairman’s defense of a life based on the unity of Middle Eastern societies and the paradigm of the democratic nation. For this reason, his curiosity about our chairman and our party has grown and his research has deepened. Our comrade Dilşêr, influenced day by day by our chairman’s philosophy, thought that he should join the ranks of the struggle as a freedom fighter. On this basis, our comrade Dilşêr, facing the mountains of Kurdistan, set out on a long, arduous but freedom-filled journey from Reqqa to the Zagros Mountains.

Our comrade Harun was born in the Westan (Gevaş) district of Wan, an important center of Serhed, which is characterized by the Serhildans developed there and the culture of resistance to the occupiers. AZAD PIRSÛS
Our comrade Azad, originally from Pirsûs district of Riha, was born into a welatparêz family that had to emigrate from Turkey to Uşak because of the oppression by the fascist Turkish state. Although he grew up far from the holy places of Kurdistan’s freedom struggle and the first major blows against the colonialists and collaborators, he has always managed to cling to the welatparêz consciousness and culture that he received from his family and not from the to subdue the assimilation policy of the colonial Turkish state. Our comrade, who from an early age was in search of struggle, brought the historical resistance of our society in Kobanê, which became the target of attacks by fascist IS gangs, closely followed and was greatly influenced by it. Our comrade, believing that it is essential to wage tough guerrilla warfare in order for our society to have a free future, joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla in 2015 to respond to the colonialist attacks.
Our comrade Azad, who had joined the guerrillas in Amed Licê, later moved to the Botan area. He successfully completed his training as a new fighter on the battlefield and was used in practice. Comrade Azad, who gained his first guerrilla experience fighting the colonialist Turkish army in Bakur Kurdistan, after his successful deployment in Besta and Herekol, moved to the Medya Defense Zones. Our comrade Azad, deepening his guerrilla experience through the ideological and military training he received, moved to Zagros where he was practically active for many years. After four years of guerrilla service in the harsh conditions of the Avaşîn area, our comrade moved to the Zap area in 2019 and became more and more involved there. Our comrade Sefkan was born and raised in a welatparêz and traditional family in Idir. Comrade Sefkan, who witnessed first hand the denial and genocidal policy of the Turkish state against Kurdish society in Kurdistan and in the metropolitan areas of Turkey, tried to fight against this policy. Comrade Sefkan, who had the opportunity to learn more about the Chairman’s philosophy during this research, took the opportunity to delve deeper into the Chairman’s philosophy. Our Comrade Sefkan, who continued his family’s legacy in the political sphere, became more and more actively involved as he delved into the Chairman’s philosophy. Our comrade Sefkan, who worked with inexhaustible energy, organized and made great efforts, to raise awareness of our society, realized over time that he could carry out various activities with the knowledge and experience he had acquired over time. Comrade Sefkan, who became a target of the invaders because of his effective struggle, sat in the dungeons of the Turkish state for two years. He turned the dungeons used by the fascist Turkish state as a means of torture and to keep Kurdish society from fighting and neutralizing it into a training ground.
