Our comrade Dilşêr was born in Reqqa as a member of a family belonging to our Arab population. After years of persecution by ISIS, our comrade Dilşêr began to learn about the apoist philosophy after the liberation of the area where he lived by the Rojava Freedom Forces. He was particularly influenced by our Chairman’s defense of a life based on the unity of Middle Eastern societies and the paradigm of the democratic nation. For this reason, his curiosity about our chairman and our party has grown and his research has deepened. Our comrade Dilşêr, influenced day by day by our chairman’s philosophy, thought that he should join the ranks of the struggle as a freedom fighter. On this basis, our comrade Dilşêr, facing the mountains of Kurdistan, set out on a long, arduous but freedom-filled journey from Reqqa to the Zagros Mountains.
Our comrade Dilşêr, who, after joining the ranks of the guerrilla, was conspicuous for his active participation and sociability, wanted to go to the hot battlefields as quickly as possible to bring the enemy of the societies, the Turkish state, to justice. In order to successfully fulfill this desire, he used every moment of his life to educate himself, aware that he had to perfect himself militarily and ideologically. He immersed himself in the guerrilla tactics of the new era and, with the enthusiasm his training generated, wanted to take his place in the resistance fields as soon as possible. As a representative of the international line of the PKK, our comrade Dilşêr, who worked tirelessly for the revolution of freedom, managed to to be an outstanding example of apoistic militancy with his attitude to life. On April 14, our comrade Dilşêr, who moved to Zap against the invasion attacks that began on April 14, experienced the good fortune of reaching his goal. In the Zap region, he was initially used in places where there was no hot conflict, but he insisted on fighting the enemy. He then joined the mobile guerrilla teams. Our comrade Dilşêr, who organized many effective actions against the enemy with the mobile teams, became a model by his success in these actions. Our comrade Dilşêr, who actively fought with his hevals against the attacks that the enemy wanted to carry out and foiled the enemy’s plans, then moved to the Şehîd Xursî battle positions.
