NEWS CENTER – In our journey, which continues on the goat paths, we encounter a trace of the war almost every step of the way. In addition to the destruction caused by the tonne boiler bombs used in nature, it is possible to come across the remaining parts of these ammunition. After a short walk from the guerrilla positions, we finally arrive at the positions left behind by the Turkish army. The first painting we come across is the shelters and positions that were left as they were. But the retreat seemed so abrupt that all they could do was tear up tents and bags of earth with their knives.
As we move inland after the first positions in the areas where the Turkish army is deployed, we can now see the whole landscape. As there are camps belonging to the Turkish army, the shelters where the soldiers stay and the garbage dump right next to them attract attention. It is clear from this that the Turkish army was in a state of fear in the area where it set up camp. They put the garbage right next to them, surrounded it with wire fences, and prepared traps behind and in front of the wire fences.
Another scene in the positions left behind by the Turkish army is the traces of the criminal documents that were burned on the last day and thus wanted to be destroyed. Big fires were lit near almost every shelter and inside the camp.
There are also funny and contrasting scenes with the discourses of the Turkish army in their positions. For example, drawings symbolizing Turkish fascism were made on the rocks, racist articles were written, and mannequins were placed around them with wire fences and traps to protect them from guerrilla actions in the same positions, and cameras were made from plastic bottles in many places, supposedly to mislead the guerrilla.
