BEHDINAN – Ferman Kerim (Mesut Eren), who was martyred in Martyr Xursi, fought against ISIS in Rojava, then moved on to Zap after Xakurkê. Hêzên Taybet resisted for three months as a bodyguard who had undergone training and responded with actions.
Ferman Kerim (Mesut Eren) was one of the 11 guerrillas who were martyred with chemical weapons on November 5, 2022, after resisting for three months in the Martyr Xursi resistance fortress of Zap. Ferman Kerim, who was born in Sirnex, saw and lived through the dirty policies of the Turkish state on the youth of Kurdistan at a young age and wanted to get rid of these pollutions. For this, he joined the Freedom Movement in 2013.
MURDERERS, HEAR OUR VOICE!
He set an example for his comrades with his devotion. He always felt great anger at betrayal. He expressed his belief in victory by making the goal of being a victory guerrilla practical in his life: “Since the beginning of the universe, we have been making life glorious, turning it into resistance. Our history, culture and reality are the legacy of all peoples. For every mother, every father and every child killed in Kurdistan, they should know that they do not have the right to breathe. Our war, our resistance, our fire is getting splendid and volcanic. Hear us, you murderers! Everything for my socialism, everything for Kurdistan.”
FIGHT ALSO AGAINST ISIS
Ferman Kerim never accepted the massacres against the Kurdish people and fought against ISIS by getting involved in the Rojava Revolution. Then he returned to the mountains again because he was focused on the goal of fighting for a free life and ending colonialism in Kurdistan.
XAKURKÊ FIRST, THEN ZAP
Deepening their concentration, Ferman joined Hêzên Taybet in 2017. As a leading commander, he strove to selflessly fulfill his role in the Kurdistan Revolution. Based on the new era war style, he took his place in the moves initiated against the invasion attacks of the Turkish state. He took part in mobile units, first in Xakurkê and then in the Bazên Zagrosê Campaign. He played an active role in the front line until his martyrdom. Ferman Kerim, who wrote his name in the history of Kurdistan, was martyred in the war tunnels of Martyr Xursi in the Saca region of Zap with 10 of his comrades as a result of a chemical weapon attack on November 5, 2022.
