BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center statement is as follows:
“The colonial Turkish army continues to attack the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, which maintains its current position, using intense technique. Our forces, who responded to the colonialists on the basis of legitimate defense, punished 1 invader. The areas where our forces are located have been bombed 10 times with warplanes, 46 times with tanks, howitzers and heavy weapons.
The details of the attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army are as follows;
In the Zap region;
- Our forces responded with heavy weapons to defend themselves against the invaders who attacked our forces around the Çemço region of the Sheladize sub-district of Amiye at 11:30 on February 19, and 1 invader was punished.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army;
- On February 19, the Werxelê region, the Geliyê Balinda and Wargeha Şehîd Rêber surroundings, and the Gundê Girê, Gundê Birkiyetê and Xêrê slopes of the Garê were bombed 10 times with warplanes.
- On February 19, our resistance positions near the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area and the Çemço region and Sîda village of the Sheladize sub-district of the Amediye district were bombed 46 times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.”
