NEWS CENTER – Floods occurred in Semsûr and Riha, which are among the 11 provinces where the earthquake disaster occurred. Many streets and avenues in the central Eyyübiye, Haliliye and Karaköprü districts were flooded due to the downpour that continued to affect Riha since yesterday evening.
In Riha, 4 people lost their lives by flooding. The bodies of 5 people were found in an apartment on the basement floor of Yavuzlar Apartment in Tandoğan District. On the other hand, the dead bodies of 2 more people were found in the examination carried out in the vehicle removed from the underpass of Abide Köprülü Junction. The body of another person was found in the following hours. The death toll in Riha rose to 12.
In the Tut district of Semsûr; It was announced that 1 person lost his life as a result of the container set up in a garden being caught in water, and the lifeless body of 1 more person was found here.
A flood occurred as a result of the creek overflowing in the Wêranşar district of Meletî. The tents in the Vahap Küçük Square in the district center and their houses in the district center were flooded.
