NEWS CENTER – Kurdistan is geographically known as the lands where 4 seasons are experienced among the countries of the world, where every fruit, vegetable, grain, food, and every kind of water source it grows. Dozens of peoples in Kurdistan have been able to lead a life without beliefs, traditions, cultures, wars and fights. The most ancient people of Kurdistan are the Kurds. Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan makes the oldest definition of the people in history for the Kurds. The Kurds did not come into power, did not exploit, did not attack, usurp, occupied, but there were constant attacks on Kurds, their beliefs, cultures, languages, and the lives they established from outside in Kurdistan.
Resistance to these attacks has emerged as a tradition. With the emergence of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan and the PKK, this tradition of resistance has become a culture in Kurdistan in the last 50 years. Öcalan makes analyzes and evaluations from the Battle of Manzikert to the Ottoman Empire, from the establishment of the Republic of Turkey to the present, in order to understand and make known the invading-fascist Turkish state. Öcalan defines the establishment aims of the invading Turkish state as ‘to complete the Kurdish genocide, to completely occupy Kurdistan’ as one of the main pillars of its existence.
In the period from the 1920s to the 30s and 40s, Koçgiri, Şêx Seid, Ağrı, Dersim rebellion-resistance and massacre, which everyone knows, were experienced as a dialectic. Afterwards, laws and plans were made and put into practice for the purpose of the Kurdish genocide and the complete occupation of Kurdistan, sects-communities were organized in Kurdistan, assimilation centers were established (dormitories, schools, courses). The migration of the Kurds to the metropolises of Europe and Türkiye has been developed.
AKP TAKES LAST STEPS TO COMPLETELY OCCUPY KURDISTAN
The Kurdish genocide and the plan to completely occupy Kurdistan has been put before and prioritized by every government that befell the invading Turkish state. This plan was also supported by the forces of capitalist modernity and NATO and was pointed out as a measure. In the context of this situation, the Maraş Massacre, the Amed Dungeon, the Madımak Massacre, the unsolved murders introduced under a concept in the 90s were developed on this basis. Finally, the AKP and fascist chief Erdoğan, who were brought to the fore as the representatives of green fascism, were specially selected and brought as the government in this context.
AKP and Erdogan built their existence and absence on the Kurdish genocide. His life, politics, society, trade, diplomacy, relations, he slept with the Kurdish genocide, so to speak, and woke up with the Kurdish genocide. He knew how to bring everything and tie it to the Kurdish genocide. He failed to realize the Kurdish genocide and the complete occupation of Kurdistan. The representative of black fascism, which is no different from itself, was combined with the MHP. With this unification, they took their last moves, their last steps towards the Kurdish genocide and the complete occupation of Kurdistan. He started the “Plan of Precipitation” they have been working on for years by bombing the Kurdistan mountains on July 24, 2015. Of course, July 24 appears as a consciously chosen symbolic date.
The absolute isolation imposed on Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan as a policy for years has been aggravated in İmralı, and attacks from all directions have been developed on the basis of the Kurdish genocide and the complete occupation of Kurdistan. Cities were bombed, destroyed and plundered. Special war policies such as harassment, rape, prostitution, theft against young people and drugs were put into effect against children and women. The village guard system, which was put into use in the second half of the 1980s, was renewed with guard in the cities.
INVASION PLAN FAILED
Society began to be held in a pinch. In order to neutralize the Kurdish Political Movement, deputies, mayors and politicians were arrested. Municipalities were usurped and trustees were appointed. Democrats, patriots, Kurds, intellectuals and Alevis were dismissed with the decree laws. Against this, the culture of resistance never stopped. There has always been resistance to all developed attacks. If the aims of the Kurdish genocide and the complete occupation of Kurdistan have not succeeded, it is thanks to the culture of resistance.
The Kurdistan Freedom Movement and its guerrillas, which are under such heavy attack, revealed the resistance of the commander Çiyager that “the end will be magnificent no matter what” and the Kurdish people witnessed the cry that Mehmet Tunç and his other unnamed heroes will not kneel down to the world. With the attacks developed in Zap, Avaşin and Metina in 2021 and 2022, the Kurdistan Freedom guerrillas developed the tactics of the new era in the face of the developing genocidal attacks and continued the culture of resistance in the mountains of Kurdistan. The invading-genocidal Turkish army spread poisons on Kurdistan mountains and Kurdistan Freedom guerrillas every day with banned chemical weapons, thermobaric bombs and tactical nuclear bombs.
The culture of resistance was inherited from the 14th of July, Newroz celebrated by Mazlum Doğan alone, the Dörtler, Sur, Cizre and Nusaybin. In essence, this legacy is determined by Kurdish People’s Leader Öcalan; It was coming from “the whole of all democratic resistances”. Fascism-genocide could not bring success against the Kurdistan Freedom guerrilla. It has struck humanity, the culture of resistance that has cost history. In the mountains of Kurdistan, resistance in the person of guerrillas has become cultured.
