BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center stated the following regarding guerrilla actions and invasion attacks:
Martyr Delîl West Zap region;
- On August 16, at 05:00 and 07:15, the positions belonging to the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons and 1 position was hit.
- On August 16, at 10:50, the positions belonging to the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons and 1 position was hit. This action was carried out by our YJA Star forces.
- On August 16, at 15:10, the positions of the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were targeted with heavy weapons and 1 position was hit.
- On August 16, at 17:00, when the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area took action, they were targeted and hit with heavy weapons. In this action carried out by our YJA Star forces; 1 invader was punished and the movement of the invaders was stopped.
- When the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area took action on August 16 at 17:40, the medium was targeted with automatic weapons and 1 invader was punished.
- On August 16, at 18:00, while the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were trying to carry out reconnaissance activities, the medium was targeted with automatic weapons and 1 position was hit. This action was carried out by our YJA Star forces.
- When the invaders gathered in Girê Cûdî Resistance Area at 18:20 on August 16, they were targeted with heavy weapons and the 2 invaders were punished. This action was carried out by our YJA Star forces.
- Our forces intervened 6 times with heavy weapons against the helicopter movement in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area between 00:30 and 01:30 on 17 August.
- On August 17, at 03:30, the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were targeted with heavy weapons and 1 position was hit. This action was carried out by our YJA Star forces.
Zap region;
- On August 16, at 19:30, the invaders in the Sîda Resistance Area were targeted and shot with individual weapons and 1 invader was punished.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army;
- On 16 August, the Girê Spring Resistance Area of the Martyr Delîl West Zap region was once, and the Gundê Şêlazê and Golka areas of Metîna 7 times; It was bombed with warplanes 8 times in total.
- Zap, Martyr Delîl Batı Zap and Metîna regions were bombed with artillery.”
