“At around 21:00 on the night of August 5, a group of our comrades met with a militia in the Banîkê area of Heftanin to meet some of their needs. A short meeting was held at the place where this person made an appointment and after the need was met, the person in question left. Immediately after, this guerrilla group was fired upon with guns from two different places. As a result of these shootings, our friend Çiya Agirî was martyred at the scene by taking a bullet in his head. Our comrade Dilgeş was also seriously injured by a bullet in his head.

This event took place very close to the Banikê public order. The deliberate choice of the place near the public security point belonging to the KDP as the place of conspiracy, the appointment of this place as a meeting place, the withdrawal of our friends, and then shooting them in the head from two places shows that this was a planned conspiracy. The main purpose of this conspiracy, which was planned by MIT using Parastin, in such a place; It is understood that this attack was developed by our forces in the region to create a conflict between us and the KDP by developing the opinion that this attack was carried out by the KDP security forces. In this way, a part of the KDP was also included in this conspiracy.
However, our People’s Defense Central Headquarters Command determined at first that this might be an enemy game, and instead of explaining it immediately, it stated that the incident should be investigated and clarified. As a result of our research; It has become clear that this is a provocation aimed at creating an atmosphere of conflict between us and the KDP, but that Parastin is also involved. KDP has a responsibility in this. It is necessary to reveal why the perpetrators of this assassination made an appointment with the KDP public order and attacked our friends. It is very clear that those who do this are after the dirty purpose of creating conflict between organizations. It is clear that a section within the KDP is working intensively with the MIT to start an inter-Kurdish war and in this way they serve the Turkish state.
